I am wondering if there are any local banks in the Tampa Bay area that provide some type of blanket lending, LOC, or any product for financing on smaller purchase price rentals.  

Hi everyone,I've been dealing with the HOA at my unit in the Bay Area for a few months new and I'm struggling with figuring out what to do.  

Looking at my market, the Bay Area...heck lets narrow it down to the East Bay even, lets say around the 24 corridor Lafayette/Walnut Creek, Danville, Alamo where you can retail a house for $1.2 - $1.6 pretty easily [ example] for an average 3000 sf home. 

I'm looking into selling my rental property in the Bay Area and was wondering if anyone has had experience in staging a property with tenants in it before placing your home on the market?

SanFran Bay area has an effort and Los Angeles is barely visible.
