Looking for more of those similar type of property's. Cap is 14-16% depending if we use property management with expected rent between $700-800 per month. We expect to purchase 1 of these per month moving forward, cash up to $75k but ideally less then $50k, with little worked needed and strong cap potential in Tampa / St Pete area.
