Just send an "addendum" with the new date and have them execute.  

They need at least 3 conference rooms and 1 board room, a large kitchen for staff, a separate break room, and 4 executive sized offices, maybe 4-6 smaller offices and a smaller reception area.They currently have an office in Richmond Hills area and want to stay relatively close.

You and the seller can then move forward with signing of lease (seller only executes with tenants), the tenant walk-through, move-in checksheet, etc.  

I should say that depending on how someone executes this strategy it could either raise or lower the risk level.

But putting in offers or executing contract does not impact your exchange.
