This actually helps me narrow down my search for properties that meet my goals and clears up a lot of noise.

With interest rates and prices skyrocketing, I believe this strategy has the potential to become a hot trend in our area.My plan is to acquire properties via seller finance or subject to, optimize it for this strategy and then repeat the process to multiply and increase income sources.

I've developed a strong interest in real estate and am eager to learn more about how I can leverage this field to potentially shorten my path to retirement.

I also find that often times when people consider this, the home isn't well suited (too small, not enough bedrooms, not single story).

What are the pros/cons of this?  

We're right at the start of the process, the chicken and the egg, and a little confused on how to pull this together.Essentially we need quotes to see how viable this actually is, but we don't have final plans to quote from, nor is land purchased.We've looked at Altus, and know what pricing SHOULD be.
