I am also very interested in land looking at some now and I read there is a few hundred things to do with land grow hops fruits vegetables community garden raise animals camping fishing pond a ton of things.

The Home depot and lowes 10% discount, I am sure many already know this but for those who dont, it works perfect if you are a rehabber and if you have a home depot or lowes credit card its even better with the no interest promotions.2.

Ask the Lowe's, Home Depot, Ace, etc plumbing dept guy for a referral.  

But It was right behind a Home depot and right on the city limit line..

Home depot is expensive... so where do you go to get your rehab things?

The plastics ones from Home Depot/Lowes tend to treat me well.  

 - Foundation (pier and beam house) - need to level the subfloor, no major cracks - Painter- Carpet/tile- Prefab cabinets and counter- Windows (one is a cracked pane that I'm hoping can just be replaced and other is bathroom and I'm thinking we can use a little decorative window there to give it visual interest and it explains why it would look different from the rest)- Tile in kitchen, carpet in bedroomsWhat are your thoughts on using Home Depot for some of this stuff?  

My local craigslist also currently has ads (in the "farm and garden" section) from bee folks offering to remove swarms.Gail (just getting bees)

I don't mind if a tenant wants to do some gardening, but I hire the yard maintenance guy so he reports to me.
