The reason why I am writing is because I wanted to introduce myself as a new investor who lives in a market that he cannot afford so we have to look to other markets in order to find deals that can meet our criteria such as the 1% rule.

If there is anyone in the Jacksonville / Wilmington NC area, I would be thrilled to meet them and swap war stories.

I’m looking to put in a new kitchen sink, as well as new countertops and cabinets.

Even still, I was denied due to not meeting the square footage minimum with the lots.  

I am looking to meet/connect with Sponsors, Operators, Principals, Etc. of MultiFam, Resort, & other large RE projects.Any advice on finding here on BP and/or elsewhere is greatly appreciated!

Try to meet or talk with the principal(s). 

@Damon Yates I would suggest looking for local REIA meetings or local meetups via BiggerPockets. 

He explained that was one of the reasons he wanted to meet face to face.

What about attending sales meetings, going to company training events, phone duty, etc.There is a slight chance that your local MLS might allow you to join as an individual once you renew your license but that is rare from what I’ve heard and varies state to state.

I put new tile flooring throughout, added a closet to make a 3rd bedroom, new appliances, new paint, new counter tops, refinished cabinets and added new hardware, gutted and updated bathrooms, landscaped outside plus lots demo, fixed a roof leak, sheet rock work ect.. for $13,500.
