Were you approved?

Can get approved by a bank for a loan which I imagine is going to be more difficult now.

I will not be forgiving rent or debt, or giving any discounts.

Good morning BP,I came across a duplex that is in a zone approve to build upto 12 units.

I've negotiated more short sales than I count and when you get the short sale approval, they will give you the terms.

If these stimulus packages get approved, I would think about the inflation that will occur over the coming years and what that will do to real estate prices.

Are the loan approval requirements going down; will it be easier to qualify for a loan?

I'm guessing getting some kind of financing/pre approval from a banker?

I've been pre-approved for roughly a $160K loan, and have been looking at duplexes in this price range and below.
