You stated their not investor friendly which is a  big red flag, if your goal is to BRRRR. 

It feels like home away from home, and we are excited to plant a flag here. 

But he sure did raise a red flag to the bank.  

I typically use a local American Standard mid size company that is quoting me $7k.

I was skeptical as it was the origination fees had to be paid out of pocket rather than coming out of the loan proceeds which was a red flag for me.

So, if a tenant pushes back on the MTM, to me that's a red flag, because there really is no down side for them unless they are up to no good.

Any possible red flags I should worry about? 

My attorney at no point in time mentioned any tittle issues didn't mention any red flags said everything was ok so we closed.
