Winter sports events, concert tours, sporting events, and some of the most majestic and beautiful mountains in the country.

Any problems were taken care of promptly for preventative maintenance (Winterizing apartment, etc), maintenance, and bookkeeping (open ledger system with tenants.)

I was so close to making it through the winter without having to buy a snow blower 😂 but looks like were supposed to get 6 inches tomorrow and possibly 5-8 on Friday.

The area is hot in summer, cold in winter, windy, and it snows too.For now, there are fire stoves and small ac units which is installed on window in each manufactured houses. 

Woke up this morning to -9F and howling winds, turning my phone on I learn we have 2 tenants in Milwaukee with heat out.Having a furnace go out is during winter is a major inconvenience during "normal winter weather" because people are cold.

It had been for sale for 3-4 months by owner in the winter/early spring.

We limit ceramic/porcelain tile to smaller areas (bathrooms, kitchens, laundry/mud rooms) where we can place radiant heat under the tile - precisely due to the cold factor up here where winter is 5-6 months long.

The house was winterized by the bank and was not de-winterized until the day before the inspection.  

There isn't really a winter here.
