If so you'd think either one agency or the other would have their act together enough to cover this poor lady's rent 100% without her having to piecemeal it together (maybe she got that debilitating neck drop that prevents her from working from looking down so long while filling out the forms from so many agencies looking for help).Or does $215 cover some rentals in your area (trailer homes)?

Housecleaning, talk to some of the ladies that clean motels to do the same for your STR. 

When I first began to get serious with the lady I'm with now (long before we talked about marriage), my 12-year-old grandson approached my daughter & asked, "Is grandpa going to kick us out of the house?"

Brokers dealing with smaller buildings tend to be less sophisticated and can provide wildly unrealistic numbers (not always).  

She can go to court, but if this is some homeless lady without an ID and no money, what is she going to do?

I wanted to bring this thread to the top again because I had this wild idea to buy land and was shocked by what I found.I have purchased several homes in the past and sold several homes. 

The lady who got sued said she believes a co-worker stole her identity and rented the place.
