Also, if I read what you said right, it appears that you’re making 1200 a month profit is that correct?

Compare this against what does not appear to be original.   2) estoppel: find out who owns refrigerators, washer/dryer, what each tenant’s deposit is, etc.  3) check with utilities to find out historical costs.
