You're wasting my time with a bunch of "what if's".  

What is the standard floor load?

I have a stringent pet policy and i enforce it (no pet waste on the property-  no letting dogs pee on the property etc) 

Then I usually do a Facebook post to friend's and family letting them know there was a last minute cancellation and they can book the property at a friends and family discount (usually 15% off) so the weekend doesn't go wasted.  

In GA the counties do not put these lists on the tax assessors site for the down loading like I read in FL.  

Dishwashers are light so they could be loaded in the van, and my handyman can install for $100.

@Max James Why would you waste other landlords time by setting up viewings for properties that you have no intention of renting?

Like another poster mentioned, if you don't follow the letter of the law you will spin your wheels and waste valuable time and effort doing what you thought was right the wrong way…just to have your case dismissed.

If it is advisable to advertise now - how can I do so and not waste my or the potential residents time if it will be 60-90 days before the house is ready.

No matter what the law reads how much money do you want to waste fighting law suits no matter how frivolous they may be?
