I am recently retired from a career in clinical laboratory testing.

Recently I spent a great deal of time talking with my grandfather, we talked about his family, Jaycees, how he met President Eisenhower in a bathroom urinal, but what we talked about most was his career in real estate investing.

I have 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting (spent by entire career in hedge fund investments), so I am pretty good with numbers.
