It is not an easy task.

Most unique advantage is the line not being tied to your credit score.

its so unique to be part of a forum/network whereby the attitude is positive and the environment so supportive.

I also know going in that It is going to take a unique buyer for this home and it will cut out some of the people I want to target.

I know that it isn't an easy task, but a goal of mine is to make sure that no questions go unanswered here on the site.

We can do anything from handling the paperwork for a closing, following up with tenants who are late on their rent, handling marketing tasks like mail outs, answering phone calls from prospective buyers or sellers or even generating leads (depending upon the experience of the VA).

It has proven to be helpful in managing my tasks and as a result, my daily productivity.
