Opinion on potential investment

Ok, look at this puppy that I am considering buying for my next flip:

It might be hard to tell from the picture but that is one steep driveway. This house is located in a wonderful swim/tennis neighborhood in a good area of Atlanta. No foreclosures in the neighborhood and the comps are $100k+ more than the price I have negotiated the house for.

The problem is that the house has been on the market for 6 months and I believe the reason it has not sold was first, the driveway and second it was listed too high.

So...in trying to figure out how am I going to be able to sell it, I know I cannot fix the steepness of the driveway. So I was thinking of building a set of steps, sort of in the area where the pinestraw is, to make it easier to walk down to the street.

Of course I will do all the other stuff we do to rehabs, full kitchen, baths, paint, hardwoods, etc. About a $40-50k rehab

I just know that with this house the steep driveway is going to be a concern for a lot of people so I need to make up for that fault. Do you think it's possible?
