Don't assume the owner has complied with such laws or that their system meets regulations. 

I want to be involved in the American system that provides living accommodations to those who are looking for it.  

I am putting together  a different system.

On the monthly fee I don't see paying it to advertise when there are free sites like Postlets and CL that reach far and wide.The one advantage it claims to have is that each landlord's unique renter criteria is being stored on their database so that the applicants can be "pre-approved" before the showing. 

But typically it will chip or delaminate in the 4-5 year range, especially if renters are using it as they are going to be rough on it.The whole "reglazing" term is also a misnomer, because it's not really reglazed,glazed involves a process of dipping the tub in liquid porcelain, the 'reglazing' process is an epoxy spray on system and the mils thickness is nowhere near what the original porcelain glaze is, it's two different animals.Around here is $400-$500 for a 'reglaze' a bit more if you are changing colors.

I see a lot of references to property ratings using A,B,C,D ratings.Is there an official rating system to specify the qualifications between them?

Any damage incurred to the AC system by filters or lack of, will be the tenants responsibility.This list is not completely inclusive.

Keep in mind military BAH is tax free, so if you really want to use this system as a guide you may want to add tax.  

I just left a job where I am invested in my SURS (state university retirement system) and I want to roll it over into a self directed IRA but have received differing answers.  

Then after a few years you can't keep up the breakneck pace and you start wearing down if you do not put systems into place.
