My grandfather just passed away and my grandmother wont be able to stay in her home. They've had it for 50yrs and its something we dont want to lose. They have a mortgage on the place that equals the value of the home...

Termites do not eat just wood, they eat books, cloth, and yes, concrete as well as a mean for a path to get to the rotten woods or desirable termite diet.  

I DO feel rather uniquely qualified to chime in on this;I am the head of a 6 person all-roommate household that has been in existence for almost 20 (!!!)

I enjoy the work that I do but the catch in my unique situation is that I am married to a traveling nurse and for the last two years we have been on the go moving from city to city across the US, specifically the west coast.

I have heard Brandon on multiple podcasts speak on how he structures offers in unique ways.
