There are DIY softwares that sends freelance agents to your property for leasing or whenever needed and you pay them per trip.

I like to monetize every lead but at times you need to not trip over dimes to pick up pennies.

I don't even say "walk to bus line and shops" because some people don't walk.  

If I decide to take a trip to go view a property just to see with my own eyes what the property's condition is, can I tax deduct the travel expense related to the out of town trip?
