Build-to-Rent (BTR) is a new trend that renters and investors, alike, find attractive.

I personally love Airbnb and I use AirDNA for price watching as well as for other trends. 

AirBnb’s research arm, AirDNA, recently released their “2021 AirDNA Trend Report”.

Some rents are likewise trending upward.Around here we're seeing abandoned subdivisions being restarted.

Does it happen mostly with internal decision making level senior executives Or external consultants like Finance Experts, Valuers, Brokers and Market Trend services data are referred as well consulted?

He mentioned that the city is looking for more housing, which makes me wonder if there is a trend right now of converting commercial to residential in the area? 

He explains what he thinks is going on with relation to the market e.g. it is still trending down so if we float the rate you may save a bit more (saved me another 1/8 or quarter...I don't remember), and he helps with docs/forms etc. so I don't have to go hunt for what he can find.

But in general the same trends are present - 1.

Add to that the trend of migrations to early ring suburbs (read move out of urban core to get space, but still want to be able to walk to a couple restaurants and coffee shop), and you are placing a lot demand in typically fully developed areas.
