Thinking about utilizing virtual staging rather than traditional staging, especially because we are in a sellers market.

My electrician is working thru options but I also want to try and think creatively as well.The one advantage here is that unit 1 is currently sharing common power, and this would allow us to split it off.

To win in property deals, keep up with nearby shifts, look at loan choices, connect with banks, and think about hiring someone to oversee properties.

Am I thinking about it right way?

I am also looking to add properties to the software in the coming years as well if that is something that I need to think about.
