I guess I’m wondering if it’s worth investing time into trying to obtain the variance or just move forward with housing.  

I guess at this point, I am going to focus more on some of the variables and not go with "traditional" numbers.

@Huimin Zhang Ok, I guess I am not seeing the numbers to understand negative $2000 per month. 700k loan plus say 400 per month HOA plus tax and insurance.

My guess is that they will be late rent payers.

Only sent out about 150 so far and around 8pm on a Saturday night i got a call from a executive "executive general realty" im guessing this is a realtor but i returned the call but didn't get a answer but i left a voicemail.

My guess is you need permission to move it.
