So I am new to real estate investing - currently don't have any deals or projects. im located in Connecticut - Im a beginner and am looking for experience and knowledge and more information - as a beginner I want as much information as possible with the experience I know a lot of people who start- they network, meet different investors and different people in the real estate world . 

I want the full 160k through all of the pain and suffering I have gone through. 

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!

While they are very nice and I believe good people, I have had a few deals fall through after months of hard work on them because they do not fight for the deal in my opinion. 

One of the few multi family properties in this SF neighborhood that had gone up for sale in the last 3 years. 3 story on a large lot, 1952 build with great bones.

I assume most people are able to see through the pickiness of a couple high maintenance people when the rest of the reviews are stellar.But lately I've been wondering if I should reply to these reviews and what the best approach is.

We plan to update a couple of the units, and two of the current tenants' leases expire at the end of the month.

Different States have different rules but in general the harder the data is to get, the more effective it is.
