You can just tack a Roku box/stick on a  TV (small device so a theft issue) and they use there own netflix or for old tech I think the Wii connected too.

I work in tech and I would love to be financially free in the next few years (if possible).My end play is to use the BRRRR strategy to generate 8-10k a month.Currently I would like to buy a multi-family (4plex or 8-plex to start out with) that needs a bit of work (rehab) and rent out with positive cash flow.This the criteria I am looking for: - Positive demographics - looking in B/C area's (if they make sense) with decent rent control laws. - Strong net cap and appreciation - Low vacancies and property taxes- Healthy local economyAfter doing my due diligence of research, I narrowed down my search to Phoenix,AZ, Florida, Oregon or Texas for a multi-family homes to generate cash flow.Any thoughts of my strategy?

Morris comes from Fox news and had a very popular pod cast on tech.. so he already had a HUGE following.. some how he got it in his mind to start to market properties.. so he did nothing more than other marketing companies do.. ( and you know of what I speak)He then hooked up with a ground partner Oceanpointe.. and he went at it. when his company first came to light on BP myself and a few others comment on HEY this is not even remotely close representation of inner city urban core D and low C class.. even Chris C commented which as you know he rarely does on these types of things.. but it was just so blaringly a case of misrepresentation of  the asset class.So of course to sell for all cash and have no over sight were do you work?..

It's hard to find "well-priced" deals and while the area is appreciating like crazy, I am not sure that it can continue much further before being over valued.With that being said, the new tech jobs coming in to the downtown landscape is a huge catalyst for the restorations of the historic neighborhoods.
