Thanks, @David T. - that's an angle I hadn't considered, of using the time to advertise that we *buy* properties.

Nobody wants extra stress in their lives including a tenant.

In my opinion the color has minimal impact on whether someone rents your house (unless of course you have say a pink house) and if you leave the brick plain you don' t have to repaint it.

I currently can't borrow because my income to debt ratio is too high (Only debt is my current mortgage).During the period I have been gone from BP community I was investing in the stock market (stressful).

I didn't want to be deceptive and I didn't want to be stressed out dealing with drama at closing, so I just gave up on the whole idea of wholesaling and shifted toward other areas of REI.
