What if I move to make the house my primary residence, move in my tenants, and then move back to my home state to rent an apartment after x amount of months (not sure how long I would need to live there every year)?

@Daisy Hawkins where is your LLC registered - in many states anyone can search the articles of incorporation or statement of information to find LLC members.

Or is it ok to have 1 single Internet service that provides internet for both sides of the Duplex?
