Over the next month I will be getting started flipping rehabbed homes with my mentor and team in the Oakland County and Metro Detroit area.

We're quietly researching building our team so we have as complete a workable plan as possible when we lock in our first deal.Hope all is well and welcome to BP!

I have started attended our local REI meeting, doing lots of reading on here and books, and trying to build my team. 

Developing a Team early on will help you get things done and not necessafilly overwhelm you.  

I'm always ready to take on new challenges, but I just want to work smart.. not necessarily "harder".We have a great team surrounding us, so we are as prepared as we can be.I am appreciative of any advice you have.

They stressed the importance of creating a great team and that really made a lot of sense and we have been trying to get this together.

If you are pre-qualified, and have your team in place you will find a higher success rate.Presenting offers is like sales 101.

Hi Vadim, If you have a real estate agent on your team, they can search the area near you for closed leases on properties comparable to yours, in age/condition/square footage.

I also interviewed with a well known brokerage, but I got the impression that the  team leader I interviewed with was mostly interested that i would cap out on  my commissions and  I think she would have accepted anyone with no brains and a pulse.
