It is an oft-skipped step when deciding.

I'm skipping residential as it doesn't interest me.

I hadn't thought about the complications I could skip if I just properly vetted my tenants.

Also, I've spent about $100 to use PropStream and Skip Tracing services. 

You're only as good as what these skip tracers are capable of, I use skipfast.

Can you skip trace LLC’s or business entity’s?

How do you guys find the owner other than skip tracing if skip tracing option doesn't work? 

Just started my research on skip tracing platforms.

looking for the most accurate skip tracing source for new homeowners. tried IDI and a handful of cheap ones and had very bad results. haven't tried TLO but from what I've heard it is still not very accurate, especially not on new homes.any specific sources I can try?
