I am currently in the Army and my contract will be up in a year, my wife and I are looking to a career change to a job that will help us build skills as we build a passive income through real estate.What jobs have you found helpful in building useful real estate investing skills?

If you do not have the time or skill set to fill a vacant rental unit you should consider hiring it out.

My question is, in your experience, what is a good part-time job that will teach me real estate skills?

Like @Thomas Johnson and @Jay Hinrichs eluded to, leverage your network to tap into capital and your skills to form a rockstar team.

Do you have multiple Sub Contractors, for similar trade skills, such as plumbers, electricians, flooring crews, painters, etc.?

Would need some inputs especially on how to analyze the numbers therefore, if I can get some guidance on how I can develop this skill in this specific areas of interests, would greatly appreciate it.
