Quarantine is making me study and practice Real Estate Investing!

So for the last 2 months ive been educating myself, going out and looking at distress vacant homes. Meeting agents and fund raising for hard and private money. So this newbie got a pre-approved letter for a POF and put in a offer today. Finally after all this studying, I'm putting things into action. So once I get the contract, this graphic designer is now going to start his first rehab... SCARY?, the only experience i have is designing flyers and printing stuff for the real estate community. Now I'm on a new roller coaster ride. Who remembers their first deal, lining up general contractors, insurances, LLC, bank account, attorney, etc, etc. Please give me some experience guidance. Im trying to do things that can have positive results. Contacts, Resources, Networking, Guidance. Im here, reaching out to my new community. Thank YOU.
