They are a sink HOLE for money and an insurance and liability issue.

I get really good deals on granite and install a self rimming stainless steel sink, so the cutting and installation cost less than an under-mount sink.Appliances, NEVER buy them used.

Many investors start off "too hot" by either overdeveloping their first property or spending their money too fast - either of these behaviors will sink your ship quick and disable you from even achieving your short-term goals.

You cannot tell by the pics at all, but that house was sinking between 2inces to 5 inches in the center and throughout prior to us working on it.Believe it or not, MOST investors wont go into a crawl space to check out whats in there.

He is a whiner and took apart vanity sink, took apart kitchen plumbing and blame previous owner for not maintaining the prop.

The house might be nice, but when they see the pool with the potted palms, lounge chairs, etc. it always sinks the hooks in.

Despite the small preventative maintenance and home owning surprises ( hornet nest, leaking AC, sink clogs) it's been pretty smooth sailing, and now I'm itching to get another property.
