I can’t imagine an ADU would be very beneficial, and most dont have a basement to convert into more bed/baths.

Most properties get continued from sale 4-8 times before a final sale and many get resolved so the list is kind of just a guess at what is coming.They are cash buys, 10 percent down at time of auction and the other 90 percent due in 7 days I believe, or something close to that.

I didn't think that was possible, but I've had people ask.I think the biggest trick might be not the amount they are getting, but everything else involved.Can they get a mortgage with a payment for what they're getting in the voucher?

I put in an offer in a house after talk to the sellers agent she set the terms, we accepted all the terms them she add that the “seller” would not pay for the buyer commission (My wife is my agent, somehow she found out that).She asked for full price, no inspection, no contingencies?
