Bottom line is that there is still an asset manager involved but hard to reach and there wont usually be a servicing company until they foreclose.

I can see it in bigger dollar markets, where the end user is in the several hundred thousand dollar range, a lot of the Valley is sub  $100K (I listed foreclosures in Fond du Lac and surrounding for 10 years)  You have a REIA in the area, maybe check them out, but every one i have looked at, is a platform for bottom feeders to sell wholesale deals to Newbies, and yes it works out sometimes, but be careful.
