Focus on getting plugged into fantastic training and coaching.

I know that you can invest in any market, even expensive ones, but Utah (Utah County and anything south of SLC) is extremely expensive to get into, and I'm only going to be living here for another 8-9 months before I commission in May of 2021, go off to trainings for the summer, then go to my first duty station around this time next year. 

We did our office/training meetings via Google Hangout.  

I'll definitely need training and advice since I am very new to this real estate world. 

Anyone have experience with Money lending and/or the training / link below?

That took the training wheels off for us for sure, lol.An upvote for everyone's advice on due diligence, and just remember that no one is ever ready the first time they do this.

Prox. to trains and public transit is important and adding green space makes people stay longer. 

I chose Keller Williams because I’m a fan of their training program and they offer “profit share” which is a form of passive income that agents can earn.

You can talk to any of the big brokerages (Keller Williams, REmax, @properties, Coldwell, etc.) where it probably is better to start out for the training.  

I'm going to assume (based on the title of your post) that the tenant is claiming this new puppy is an ESA and that you don't want to approve it.If it's truly a puppy, then it's not likely a trained service dog, which would keep it under the classification of an ESA.
