I know that you can invest in any market, even expensive ones, but Utah (Utah County and anything south of SLC) is extremely expensive to get into, and I'm only going to be living here for another 8-9 months before I commission in May of 2021, go off to trainings for the summer, then go to my first duty station around this time next year.

You can talk to any of the big brokerages (Keller Williams, REmax, @properties, Coldwell, etc.) where it probably is better to start out for the training.

I'm going to assume (based on the title of your post) that the tenant is claiming this new puppy is an ESA and that you don't want to approve it.If it's truly a puppy, then it's not likely a trained service dog, which would keep it under the classification of an ESA.
