Some like more passive income like apartments or triple net etc.With the houses Bryan Hancock on here and also Rich Weese were doing some new builds in Texas so might want to look them up.In overheated markets where people are spec buying hoping for a payoff on the backend the cash flow stream is small.

This time I am learning some basics from material provided and have full feeling that it is not strategy that would make you rich unless you are already rich but this is the area in REI that I know nothing about and I don't mind to learn a little since opportunity arrived.

Cash flow for me was always something to be managed, not the main goal.Look at all the rich people in NYC that buy flats all cash, just to park their money.

So I just finished reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad and he stated something about how business owners pay taxes vs how 9 to 5ers pay taxes.
