If your plumber is reputable they will fix the issue and if they are licensed then that should cover the damages to the property.

(We also use a retired plumber, our handyman, and a tenant that is a licensed plumber on renovations, and planned upgrades but you'll need a company for emergencies.)

Do you want to build a team yourself or work with an established team that has a consistent and reliable reputation with years of experience? 

Is it a reputable company and will the documentation provided from the study hold up in an audit?

Challenges - Since this was our first property, we did not have a contractor, plumber, electrician in place and finding these trades was challenging as these trades are extremely busy at this time.

Have a plumber come by and see what spots would be best.I am not sure how you are going to be the renting the space, STR, MTR, LTR, rent by the room, but I would just include all utilities to make it easier.
