You're stale and little reduction or toying with the MLS usually gets agents more frustrated than motivated as they've seen it for the last 122 days.

Trevor, this is true but the rent reduction only applied to 1300 apartments across the city.

Principal reduction- No where else will you find some scmuck (a bank) , and I say that lovingly that will loan you the money to buy something and some other smuck (a tenant) and again, I say that lovingly , will make the payments for you.

With that increase in inventory, we're naturally seeing longer time on market, more price reductions and more motivated sellers. 

The crawlspace--get an estimate from a reputable (B Dry) type company, and ask the seller for that amount in price reduction/credit at closing.  

I ended up asking for a 20k price reduction in case I have to convert it back to a SFR otherwise I'm going to back out.

I honestly think a one minute reduction in walk time was worth a few thousands :)This may all change with the WFH trend but I still think some buyers really value ability to walk to shops if they can still have their other goals met (back yard, good schools etc).

Get price reductions for lack of data and or access.Be sure to go to the expense of paying for a contractor to go through the building with a fine tooth comb to  determine the condition of the building.

Without a boiler I'd push for at least a $12-$18k reduction in price before I'd close.

I am going to make sure to clarify in my lease.While the reduction in waste seems to have been huge, it sounds like the shift really bothered a lot of people.
