@Ray Li I know that if you get on the CARE program for pg&e that you also get discounts for water service since they put in low flow sink nozzles and shower heads.

The water heater needs replacement, air handler filter is close to replacement along with the condensing unit, the dishwasher is inoperable, there is water damage below the sink, and the bathroom sinks have coating deterioration.
