It takes sacrifice and actually does one of the hardest things in real estate investing, ADDS VALUE.To me house hacking is a flip so you have to have a good exit strategy.

As both an investor and Florida Real Estate Broker, I have spent way too much time on this topic and have found it to be dead end.
