I have watched my customers buy, hold, flip real estate for 16 years and decided I needed to finally get in on another stream of income.

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.  

There are a lot of banks out there selling crap loans and conditions passing them off to potential customers as (great deals).

Is there any way to protect myself now if they damage the property before leaving?

There are two aspects of protecting yourself from discrimination.One is what you present to prospective applicants, posted in an office they go to or added to the application.  

I'm not too sure how I feel getting on a personal level with our customers. 

How would be protected ?

Sometimes the bank protects us from ourselves!  

After talking to the customer service rep, assuming the loan or getting a new one from them is not an option since we hold title in an LLC.
