Hey @Dan Tsunekawa -- I'm not sure if we were speaking to you or another Dan, but the few, and better, turnkey promoters have good vetting processes.  

I don't think they know the cards are on promotion 0% either!  

I wouldn't avoid auction because they are a Reserve, I've seen some great deal at our reserve auctions.It is a little scary to promote an Absolute Auction when the seller has a mortgage balance, for instance if the balance is $100,000 and the high bid only goes to $80,000, the seller will have to come to settlement with $20,000.

There are still good opportunities for good deals in some parts of Florida, but it doesn't sound like the areas this Marco is promoting.  

The purpose of this post is to promote quality renovations and bring to light some of the big ticket items that flippers should be aware of and sometimes skip over (maybe on purpose / maybe not). 

@Juan Ayala, it's shameless self promotion but we are a 1031 company. 

You can then record that option at the register of deeds,so no one can steal the deal as you promote it.

@Tom Lafferty, @Thomas Leonard, I am considering attending Brad's 2 day class in March, I know he will promote sighing up for his program there.

What say you @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner, looks we ought to promote the feature even MORE?!

It's obvious since they are not posting closed deals and specific experience that they have been knowingly or unknowingly sucked in to promoting companies for the promise of a big check with points when it closes.What often happens is the contact for the point taker gets money from the buyer and never funds or changes the terms of the loan to something they could easily find on their own without the junk fees.
