I would ask why you've taken time pressure off of yourself!?

If I pressure or sell them to do so, it would probably waste my time running it anyway.  

The building are all block, are individually metered and are connected to a county maintained low pressure sewer system. 

Now, if that was to ever change (there is def. pressure from neighborhood groups) suddenly Somerville would have a 99% reduction in its Airbnb listings so I want to do it the right way.I'm happy to stay in touch and update you on how my process is going. 

You could have 3 partners worth 1 million each but 5 years into the 10 year loan 2 of them made bad choices with businesses or other investments and are now insolvent meanwhile the remaining one is now worth 2 million.With the lender having all on the hook they now put pressure for the guarantee fully on the partner with the highest net worth.This is why partial recourse can become so important.

It is located downtown, which has seen a major revitalization/gentrification which has put further pressure on available housing. 

When the economy is doing well, more people can afford to start families and buy things, like houses, which puts upward pricing pressure on whatever people are buying.  

I would move to pressurized...

I was getting some pressure to put the payments on a credit card as it would be "good debt" that would come back to make me money and give me motivation to go out and make deals.

Maybe I'm being too sensitive regarding Company 1 guy's salesmanship pressure, considering the company appears to be reputable.
