It's been an excellent way to network and connect with people in that space as we invite guest speakers to present. 

The wires seem to be in tact, there’s no insulation dangers present, etc.

Get involve in your local market, assist to government events (now they are mostly virtual which is easier to be present) to learn about the projects the government has, new regulations, new highways, new developments approved, etc. 2.

I hear that in this present moment a lot of people are moving out of the more compacted areas into the more open spaces.

There are many options for maintenance and repairs that are rarely discussed or presented in a comprehensive way at the first or second contact.  

These are challenging times, but also can present itself as an opportunity. 

They presented their business model of buying properties in Pittsburg, similar to what I have seen that others on BP are doing in Milwaukee, Memphis and other places in the Midwest.

What kind of terms on a loan should I expect or should I present to him on doing a multi-unit purchase?
