Do you want to grow your portfolio?

Looking to retire in the next 10-15 years with a rental portfolio producing passive income.

Is it good idea to pull equity out from current portfolio and invest more ?

I eventually want to build a portfolio of rentals with occasional flips.

I would like to begin investing for my own portfolio.

Hoping to add a few more to the portfolio this year and maybe do a few flips to bring in some needed capital.

Property Management is becoming extremely popular with Landlords and Real Estate Professionals with the mindset of growing there real estate portfolio but keeping the books and the portfolio in order can be difficult.

Now it's time to build my own portfolio for the wealth and health of my own family.

in fact i feel so uneasy about the oil and gas situation here that i have built up over a $6m portfolio in r/e in los angeles instead of houston while renting an apartment in houston...i only recently bought a small house here and a duplex... all in my exposure in terms of real estate is less than 300k out of 6m.i really do wish you all the best and hope you get it sold at a great price and hope that i am dead wrong about this city for my own selfish reasons  but i absolutely dont think the luxury market has legs in this city without some pain first.

We would like to use these funds to help us grow our portfolio but have not been able to find a good site with details on lending for investors.
