Also, it seems like mobiles in land (or in parks for that matter) aren't nearly as popular in Virginia as they are in the Carolinas and other Southern states. 

@Arutyun Avakov It's a very popular strategy to do a cash-out refinance and I would read up on it because it could allow you to keep the condo and collect income from it while also living in a home of your own.Essentially what you do is get a mortgage up to 75% of the current home value, pay off the original mortgage, and use what's left over for the downpayment on another home.

Is there a shortage of good apps?

I love pitbulls and historically they are great dogs (popular family dogs during WWI) but you have to be careful.

I currently have a call tree set up with them and their app allows me to receive notifications on my cell phone whenever someone sends a text or leaves a voicemail on the property's number.
