Perhaps higher end rental people have value beyond their position as tenant that justifies networking with them.

I spend a few hours in the morning on stock and most of the day on my real estate deals and networking.

. :) Here to network with other like minded people, make some deals happen, and of course I'm always looking for private money!

I also network with other wholesalers if I have more properties than buyers in an area.I haven't used bandit signs to find buyers but I have to find sellers and it worked okay.

Go to your local REIA and network there with investors and see what comes of that.

It sounds great on paper, but I understand that it may be a pipedream for now.I'm really looking forward networking and gaining knowledge from all of you and HOPEFULLY I will be able to contribute as well!
