Hi everyone! I have been a follower of the boards for sometime, but finally ponied up and joined! A little about me....

I'm 26 and a banker in the Tampa, FL area. I am married to my highschool sweetheart and we have been blessed with our daughter (who is 4 weeks old)! Life is good (but crazy!)!!!

Currently, I own my primary resdience (which we plan on living in for a long, long time) and a rental property which was originally our primary. We've been fortunate to have some great tenants in place and the property has a positive cash flow of $275/month which leads me to *think* that I'm doing ok on it.

My goal is to acquire atleast 2 more properties this year to hold as rentals. I am looking in the immediate area that I live in (West Pasco) and am not too concerned with having to do a little work on it as my father is a general contractor. Gotta love cheap labor!

I am really focused on trying to purchase another property with as little out of pocket as possible and then using the equity to purchase another. It sounds great on paper, but I understand that it may be a pipedream for now.

I'm really looking forward networking and gaining knowledge from all of you and HOPEFULLY I will be able to contribute as well!

Happy Holidays!
