Thank youHi Ivona, I personally love Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.

Lessons learned?

You will need to have a personal financial statement prepared if you don't already have one. 

But if you believe rates will go down, it’s a good time to find deals and refinance later at a lower rate.As for me personally, I’m also reevaluating the market to figure out the best investment strategy.

Personally I like areas like Memphis and Little Rock better but I wouldn't shy away from Birmingham.
