Face it, you're down the wrong trail and have been voted off the island.EVERYTHING in mortgage lending has to be honest, without manipulation and disclosed to every party.

Failure to do so will make your legal standing personal in the event of a lawsuit..

It will help clarify things for both parties, and there will not be any "I didn't know that was in the lease" issues.

I would explain to both parties that I don't like being stuck in the middle of a situation that lacks proof and will not take further action without it.
