I am old and been married 20 plus years and I would say for us it has been great to keep at least our fun money seprate so we arent fighting over or upset one of us spent too much on whatever we think isnt necessary. 

The returns both in terms of cash flow and appreciation on that property have been outstanding. 

Sometimes the fire department will open holes in other areas to make sure there is no fire going into the walls or ceilings so besides the actual damage from the fire, there may be damage from the fire fighting activities.

That's not meant to be discouraging just be ready to fight for deals and do your own marketing.

So, you go to this independent third party and somehow, some way, they fight for your cause or they teach you how to fight for your cause or something like that.

They like the current "transitory" inflation because they have been fighting deflation for a chunk of years.

I look at it this way;  In a higher market such as this you will have less casual investors your fighting. 

If not, you are really going to need an outstanding property manager.

So they are going to fight tooth and nail to hold on to their homes rather than sell.I just don't see enough conversation about what happens when the bottom half of the economy can't afford housing in any shape or form.
