Appraisal dispute services???

Anyone aware of any third party, independent, appraisal dispute services being offered?

For instance, let's say you're trying to do a refinance on a property and the appraiser your lender sends arrives at a value that you do not agree with.  So, you go to this independent third party and somehow, some way, they fight for your cause or they teach you how to fight for your cause or something like that.

anybody know of anything like this?
